Christmas Day

So Christmas day was fun. Cambry, Jake and I went to Vonda's to talk to Analey (Jake's sister who is in Uruguay). She is doing good. Can't wait to come home though. Then we went back home and made breakfast for Chad and Wendy and Jessica. Chad and Wendy got Cambry a really cute jacket that has little ears on the hood! And a cute pair of bunny pj's. And Jessica and Sage got her a really cute sweater and an elephant for teething. Then we went back to Vonda's to open gifts. She got Cambry a whole bunch of really cute outfits. There were three mix and match ones that I just love! And she got a see n' say and a jungle bedtime thing that lights up and plays soothing music and forest sounds!! Mommy and Daddy gave her a bike thing that she can sit on or folds out so that she walk with it. So Christmas was pretty good for Cambry this year. She loved her toys, and the boxes they were wrapped in!!

I was so happy to be able to be in our house for Christmas! I love my house. There is so much more room. And I don't have to deal with people walking on my ceiling or shouting next door! Jake's dad painted our front room and hallway for us. That was so nice of him! It took him all day long. Now we just need to paint the kitchen, bathroom and Cambry's room. A house is a lot if work but its totally worth it! There is always something to fix or redo. Its a never ending battle. Oh and I love having a dishwasher again! You people take yours for granted. And I finally get to use my dryer after not being able to use it for six months. YAY!!!

Now for some updates on Cambry. She turned 6 months old on the 21st. She can now roll both ways. Now I have to really watch her. She tries to roll onto her back and has almost popped out her shoulder a couple times when she tries. It scared me so bad! She is eating cereal in the mornings. I plan to start veggies in about two weeks. I can't wait to see her faces when she tries new food! But I'm not excited for the diaper changes. Thats when they usually start to smell reallt bad! She is babbling a lot more and she laughs easier, too. I just love her laugh, its so contagious! Grandma Vicki gave us Sage's old jumper and Cambry loves it! I love it too. I can actually get stuff done now. Not that she is not a good baby but its hard to do the dishes when your baby will only sit in her bumbo chair for 5 minutes. Cambry is progressing really well. She will be going in for her next check up and shots! So we'll see how much she weighs and how she is doing. Until then.
