This is the story of The Yeates children. There is the beautiful, petite, and intelligent Cambry. And then there is the handsome, happy and noisy Oliver. Both are the center of our world and make us the happiest parents in the world.

Cambry's Achievements
So I just thought I would update on what Cambry can do now. Since she is getting so big. So she just turned 4 months on the 21st. She can sit with just a little support, she can sit all by herself against the couch. She can roll back and forth between her back and stomach. She can reach for things, but gets so excited she has a hard time grasping it. Its so funny. She'll be so excited to grab her toy that her arms start flailing and then she can only hold onto it for a couple seconds before she throws it. She has her favorite people. I'm number one of course, then Daddy. She is starting to recognize what her bottle means. Her get really big and she gets excited when she sees it. She is starting to get better at falling asleep by herself at night. it only took about 2 minutes for her to go completely to sleep. Oh and she loves the front pack carrier I have. Vonda and I went to the baby expo and i just put her in that. We were there for two hours and she didn't fuss once!!! I couldn't believe it. She was so happy just looking at all the stuff and people and the colors. Wow, now that I've written all this down it makes me sad to see how big she is getting, but then happy at the same time. But I miss my little tiny newborn baby!! But its a good thing that she has accomplished all this, it shows that she is and intelligent baby. And what mom wouldn't want her child to be smart? I just love her so much.

So Cambry rolled over onto her stomache twice today!! Its so exciting. She is getting so big. Now everything else is just going to start happenning quickly now. Once they learn to roll over then they start to sit up completely on their own. Then they start crawling. I'm not looking forward to that!!
So we may have actually found a house we can really get!! Our realtor Veronica Diaz is going yo help us out with the closing cost expenses. Then we'll just pay her back when we get our taxes. So its a 4 bedroom 2 bath split entry on a .16 acre lot. The two bedrooms and the bathroom downstairs are completely finished but the family room still needs to be finished. It has a decent sized deck and kitchen. The cabinets and countertops are in good condition, but the carpet will need to be replaced in some areas because they had cats that tore it up. So its decent, but it has a lot of potential. So I really hope that everything goes ok and we can close by Nov. 30.
I'm so excited.

OK so everyone finally talked me into starting a blog. So I guess I could start by just telling everyone whats going on in my life right now. My daughter Cambry Ann is almost 4 months old now. She was born on June 21st, yes Fathers day. That was a crazy day. I got to the hospital and 12:00 am, then they began inducing me into labor. By about 8 o'clock I was well into labor. But I didn't have her until 5:50 pm. That had to be the longest day of my life. But well worth it. She was a beautiful baby girl weighing 7lbs 4oz at 19 inches long. And she had a gorgeous full head of dark brown hair, just like her mommy! She's growing so fast. Cambry is starting to laugh. She is really stingy with her giggles though. But she is always smiling. We lucked out, we have the best baby ever. From the first night we brought her home she has slept at least six and a half hours at night. Now its closer the 7 and a half hours! She only cries when she is hungry, and she loves everyone. And boy is she spoiled. Her Grandma Vonda just spoils her!! We love her so much. She brings so much joy to our lives.
We've been living in an apartment and we're so tired of it. So for the last month and a half we have been trying to buy a house. But it hasn't been working out to well. We have put in offers to four houses. The first one someone else had a $50,000 down payment. So we didn't get that one. Then the second house the guy counter offered with $7,000 more than his asking price. What an idiot. Then the third one the bank was being really weird about it, so we didn't really trust it. Then the last one was just a couple days ago and they would take our offer but they want us to pay almost $3,000 dollars for closing costs, but we have no money. So yeah not working out so well. But we're just going to keep trying. So wish us good luck. We really need it!!!
